evTools home page
The package evTools provides tools to manipulate and display output from the binary stellar-evolution code ev
(also known as STARS and TWIN). The plotting programmes
need PGPlot,
the default installer uses CMake.
The code has been used with gfortran (4.4 or newer),
g95 and
Intel Fortran
and can be used under the conditions of version 3 of the GPL.
In order to convert the stellar-evolution output to magnitudes and colours, you will need either UBVRI.Kur or UBVRI.LBC, which
can be found here,
and put it in ~/usr/lib/.
evTools has been written by AstroFloyd.
